Talladega
Don't forget to watch McD qualify today 11:00 a.m. eastern (8:00 a.m. hometown) on the Speed Channel! Anyone in Talladega this weekend? Good practice yesterday. Race day Sunday, 4/27 @ 1:30 p.m. (10:30 a.m. hometown) Let us know of any get togethers you are having. Good Luck McD and be safe.

Well, we made it to Taladega, but not in time to see Michael before the race. Drivers were already strapped in their cars by the time we walked for miles (it seemed) to get into the pits.
What an awesome job of driving Michael did. When you get to see these races live it is truly amazing to see the skills that are involved. That last lap was a bummer, but he ran right up in the middle of all those seasoned boys most of the day. Way to drive Michael!
